The Project Management of Paradise Beach is being undertaken by Edward Cotter Partnership. The practice established in 1974 with head offices in Cork, Republic of Ireland, is an internationally experienced practice having undertaken many large multi – disciplinary building projects in Ireland, Europe and Asia.
Following their appointment as Project Managers for the Paradise Beach development in 2006, Edward Cotter Partnership opened an office in Sal, which has resulted in greater success for the company as they have successfully procured contracts to project manage various other developments in Sal, Sao Vincente and Sao Tiago. The practice in Sal currently employs

Additional support is provided to the Sal office to oversee the cost management functions on Cape Verde from head office in Cork.
