	We had the pleasure & interesting experience of visiting & staying on Paradise Beach last week, in the process receiving the keys for our completed property [unit SD81].The site is spaciously laid out,the landscaping is superb and the quality of the finish of the build excellent. The Management team led by Laura were extremely helpful & could not do enough for us - meetings were arranged with Isobel & each of the 3 recommended furniture suppliers but there was no pressure to purchase from any particular supplier. In our view Paradise Beach will eventually become the prime development on Sal though as investors we still await details about the proposed hotel operator[& build] & details of when site facilities are to be improved e.g the much needed supermarket-without these remaining important additions it is difficult to assess what level of rental yield can be expected as a return on our investment

	Before visiting Paradise, we really did not know what to expect but any fears we may have had were quickly removed. We bought a villa and was really impressed with the style and size. It is absolutely amazing and I am really looking forward to spending time in our furnished villa next time we go back hopefully soon. The pool area is really nice and spacious and landscaping is especially nice. While there we had a look at the penthouse apartment which also is really nice. We had a look at the furnished apartments and was really impressed. Overall I feel once the whole development and hotel is finished it will be an excellenct investment.

We purchased our penthouse on paradise beach resort about 4 years ago, which couldn’t have been at a worst time as the world recession was soon to follow. However, it is rather pleasing that the property prices on Paradise Beach Resort have held up very well during this recession.

We last visited the resort in June this year (2011) when we were shown around the penthouse and the resort. To say we were thrilled with the whole development would be an understatement, as it is far more spacious than any other resort on the island. The quality of the build is also to a very high standard, and being in the building industry, I am very hard to please.

The communication that we have enjoyed with Paradise Beach during the building programme has been exceptionally good especially as we are 2000+ miles away. Communication is very important, because when you have invested a lot of money in purchasing a property abroad, you need to feel confident that the money is in safe hands, and the building programme is going to be completed, Paradise Beach, I am happy to say, it is now almost complete.

The main members of the Paradise Beach staff that we have been dealing with over the last few years has been Laura Power and Tracey Hall. Laura has been there since day 1. Both of these ladies have been fantastic to deal with and have always been professional, friendly and been there when you need a little bit of help, as I am sure everyone purchasing property abroad will need. We are so looking forward to moving into our new holiday home, which I am sure will be one of the best investments that we have made.
