Once again we are seeing huge progress at the Paradise Beach construction site.
Although Blocks 1 and 2 on the North side of the construction site only commenced in recent months we are already up to 2nd floor works on several of the apartment blocks and even 3rd and 4th (top) floors on others. (See July photo gallery).
Semi-detached villas on the North side are all up to roof level, with other works even as far as electrical installation and plaster finishes. The 6 front line semi detached villas on this part of the site are currently completing roof tiling. (photos)
The detached luxury villas along the front-line are also up to roof works. On the South side internal and external painting continues in apartments in blocks 3 & 4 where windows have been completed and certified. Window installation continues on the remaining units and many more window completion certificates have been issued. (See photo gallery).
On Block 5 plaster works are nearing completion with tiling starting, and as per last months newsletter tiling has started and completed in some apartments.
Windows and doors have been fitted and certified on all semi-detached villas on the South side. Common paths and walkways to the pool and beach have already completed on the first cluster of the most advanced semi-detached units, (units where windows, kitchens and painting have been completed).
As the newsletter was going to print landscaping preparations in the first cluster were beginning.
Internal and external painting continues and is followed by kitchen installation.
Front line semi-detached villas on the South side are nearing completion and are already at early snagging stages.
On the same side (South) front-line luxury villas work continues at various stages inside and on the grounds surrounding the villas and the contractors have finished the civil works on the private swimming pools.
Mortgages
As per previous newsletters earlier this year BAI agreed in principle to provide mortgages to the purchasers of Paradise Beach. Despite our constant attempts to ascertain the terms and conditions of these mortgages we have yet to receive any definitive product information. We will of course contact clients as soon as we have been provided with the information.
Furniture
We were ready to release details of the furniture packages for Paradise Beach clients but this week were advised of a change in Import Duties whichwill soon become law. Until this legislation has been passed we therefore cannot release prices. We hope that in September we will be in a position to inform you of the furniture pack information.
We have chosen two suppliers to provide and install furniture in the units at Paradise Beach. After many months of research we feel that these two suppliers will provide you with the best quality furniture at the best prices. They have agreed to fit out show units at the site and these units are currently being completed by the contractor. The interior designers for each supplier plan to be here at the end of August so we should have the showhouses available for viewing from September onwards.
Access Road
Work continues on the Access Road and pedestrian walkways with the slip road now clearly visible as you arrive from the airport on the main carriageway. (see photo gallery).
