North of Phase 1
(Blocks 1 & 2 and all semi detached & detached villas to the left of hotel plot)
In Block 1, the foundations are progressing in various stages. More units have been completed and certified for foundations, whilst the rest will be completed and certified over the coming weeks. Those with completed foundations are fast reaching the first floor. In block 2, all foundations have now been completed and certified and some units have already reached first and second floors.
The semi detached and detached villas in the north are moving at a considerable rate and the construction stages vary from foundation beams, foundation works, first floor slabworks, first floor blockworks to slab pouring and external plastering (see pics).
Throughout the north of the site, the roads and paths have started excavation and on some roads they are currently laying the cobbles. Kerbing has already been completed on this side of the site.
South of Phase 1
(Blocks 3,4 & 5 and all semi detached & detached villas to the right of the hotel plot )
Units that have completed tiling in Block 3 have now started on windows and are progressing rapidly with 24 units already certified for completion of the windows stage. The remaining units are completing plastering and tiling stages in preparation for the windows.
In Block 4, more units have been completed and certified for tiling while the remainder continue with plaster finishes, floor screeds and tiling works. The window contractors are already preparing for installation of windows in this block. Block 5 is already at roof level, and is rapidly advancing with external plaster works and roof tiling works at this moment.
The semi detached villas on the south continue with tiling works in preparation for the remaining units to be fitted with windows. The electrical cabling works have already commenced so each individual unit will have electricity very soon.
Along the frontline, the detached and semi detached villas are also well on track for the completion date in Autumn of this year and vary in works from internal & external plastering, wall & floor tiling, roof works, and electrical installation.
On the south of the site, tiling continues on the common walkways between the apartment buildings. A Public illumination network is currently being worked on as well as a water and irrigation network for this side of the site.
Mortgages
As per our February Newsletter, BAI have agreed to provide the purchasers of properties at Paradise Beach with mortgages of up to 50% of the purchase price. This process is still being set up and we hope to receive the terms and conditions of the mortgages very soon. Once we are ready to begin the application process all purchasers will be informed and provided with full details over the coming weeks.
Furniture
Prices and packages for all Paradise Beach clients are still being finalised. We are confident that we will have all details and information confirmed in the next Newsletter. We thank you for your cooperation with this matter.
