Construction News:
The Contractor returned to site on the 15th of September, 2009. At this stage they are in the process of re – mobilising and we expect them to be fully operational in the coming weeks.
The estimated completion date for the development is March 2011; however this date has not been formally confirmed by the Contractor. The company is currently in negotiations with the Contractor and would hope to be in a position to confirm the completion schedule in the coming weeks.
Cape Verde Developments [CVD] Status
Cape Verde Developments no longer represents Paradise Beach ATA SA in any respect. Hereafter all sales and customer enquiries will be handled directly by Paradise Beach ATA SA.
Status of Access Road
As explained in our letter to all purchasers on the 14th of September the reason for the delay in construction works was due to the Cape Verde Authorities selling the adjoining Dunas development land without maintaining the rights of Paradise Beach to the access road in the planning granted for the development and the development building license issued by the
Cape Verde Authorities.
A solution to the access road issue has been proposed by Cape Verde Investments and has enabled us to recommence work on site, however we have not as yet accepted this proposal as the optimum solution for our development and we will keep you informed of developments in this regard.
Construction Photos
Paradise Beach sales representatives will be uploading on to our website on a monthly basis photographs of construction activity on site.
If any purchaser would like to receive photos of their individual unit as construction progresses please contact our office in Sal.
Construction Site Tours
Where possible all purchasers are welcome to visit the Paradise Beach site by appointment with our office in Sal and meet with a member of the on site project management team to answer any queries in relation to the ongoing construction of the development.
Visiting Sal
Please contact our office in Sal prior to traveling and avail of our local knowledge of hotels, restaurants, bars, beaches etc. We will also meet you at the airport on arrival and transfer you to your hotel.
Fit Out Assistance
Paradise Beach would be delighted to assist you in fitting out your new property, please do not hesitate to contact our office in Sal. We are currently putting together exclusive fit out packages with the aim of have these packages in various show houses on site by early 2010.
